It’s not just your imagination: When the weather cools off, our bodies start trying to conserve energy to use as heat. We eat a little more and exercise a little less. Unfortunately, this natural survival strategy is also a surefire way for packing on a few extra pounds during the winter.

In a county of 800,000+, Gwinnett Magazine has named her one of Gwinnett's 40 People to Know. We agree--you need to know Lea Bay!

As a young girl, Lea was the daughter of a physician, making her no stranger to hospitals growing up. But she probably never imagined as child that she would one day run an entire hospital of her own.

Learn more about Lea in this video, as well as a short written interview from Gwinnett Magazine last year.
