Runners World’s website recently featured running clinics around the United States where runners can receive a customized evaluation and rehab – or prehab – plan to help heal from or prevent injuries. And…ta da!...Gwinnett Medical Center’s own running clinic made the list!
Whether you’re new to running, or just want to step up your game, we can help.Gwinnett Medical Center’s Gwinnett SportsRehab Running Clinic includes a video analysis of your running form as well as flexibility and strength tests. No physician’s order is required. For about the cost of a good pair of running shoes, you can start off the spring season with confidence.

Gwinnett Medical Center is proud to sponsor a variety of walk/run events this spring, including the 2014 Publix Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon on March 23.
If you’re not ready for long races, here’s a perfect one, with levels for kids, too: the Obesity Awareness Walk, sponsored by Gwinnett Medical Center, will be held on March 29.
If you didn't start training yet, it's not too late. Use our Couch to 5K plan and you'll be ready to run/walk a race in a few short weeks, and you'll be running the whole 5K in six weeks!
