Upcoming Community Classes And Events

While the weather doesn't feel like fall yet, somehow there's a back-to-school, busy feeling in the air -- even if you don't have kids.

Be sure not to let this busy-ness fill up your days. It's important to make time for yourself, and to take advantage of Gwinnett Medical Center's many free or low-cost opportunities to learn more or improve your health.

As always, to register for any of these, unless otherwise noted, call 678-312-5000 or visit gwinnettmedicalcenter.org/classes.
